Pets Welcome

We understand that pets are part of the family. Your pets are welcome to join our community at The Scout Scott's Addition. 

• The Scout at Scott's Addition welcomes two pets per apartment.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies for the 1st pet and an additional $100 for the 2nd pet.
• Pet rent is $25 per month per pet.
• Pets over 55lbs are welcome on the first floor.
• We do not have any breed restrictions!
